Placement Message
The Training and Placement Office operates the Student Growth and Placement Cell (SGPC) program, designed to enhance student development and industry orientation. Our focus is to build functional, behavioral, and technical capabilities in students.
Industry orientation is achieved through:
- - On-the-job training (OJT)
- - Summer internship programs
- - Live projects and industrial assignments
- Students interact with senior industry professionals, gaining insights into their respective domains. IIBM aims to produce graduates who are professionally adept and effective in meeting industry needs.
- Integrity and values are core to our education, and we adopt a holistic approach to student growth. We seek active partnerships with industry through MOUs, capability-building initiatives, and schedule optimization to meet industry mandates.
- The Student Growth and Placement Cell serves as a point of contact for industry to interact with the institute. We look forward to a mutually supportive engagement.
