Mr. Akshay Ukirde is currently serving as Head – Admissions at Indira Institute of Business Management (IIBM), Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. He possesses over five years of professional experience in the domains of academics, marketing, and admissions management within the higher education sector. He has previously been associated with Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune where he was involved in academic coordination, student engagement activities, and admissions-related processes, contributing to institutional outreach and academic administration. Mr. Ukirde is actively engaged in research and innovation. He is a patent holder and has published a research paper in an academic journal. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing Management, with research interests in education marketing, student decision-making behaviour, institutional branding, and strategic enrolment management. His areas of competency include Admissions Planning and Conversion Strategy, Academic and Digital Marketing, Student Counselling and Mentoring, CRM and Lead Management Systems, Institutional Outreach and Promotion, Event and Seminar Coordination, Inter-departmental Coordination, and Data-driven Reporting and Analysis. Prof.Susan Shibu is a seasoned academician with an M.A. in American English literature with excellent Academic track record and over 34 years of distinguished teaching experience in higher education. A 3rd rank holder at the undergraduate level and Topper at Postgraduate level, she exemplifies consistent academic excellence and scholarly merit. Her pedagogy blends classical literary studies with contemporary communication skills, nurturing critical thinking, clarity of expression, and professional competence among students. Her enduring dedication, scholarly credibility, and student-centric approach positions her as a valued pillar of the institution and an inspiring role model in the field of English studies With a deep-rooted passion for language, literature, and academic mentoring, she has played a pivotal role in curriculum enrichment, faculty development initiatives, and institutional quality enhancement and continues to be a respected resource of the Institution.

Ms. Nilanjana Mazumdar is an accomplished academic professional with extensive experience in commerce and management education. She is currently associated with Indira Institute of Business Management (IIBM), Sanpada, where she has been serving as Faculty of Commerce/Management since January 2025. She brings with her a strong academic background, a commitment to teaching excellence, and rich exposure to both academia and industry. Before joining IIBM, she served at the Rajiv Gandhi College of Arts, Commerce & Science as Faculty of Commerce from January 2019 to December 2024, contributing significantly to the institution’s academic development and student mentoring. Ms. Mazumdar also possesses over 10 years of industry experience in accounting, finance, and business operations. This corporate exposure enhances her classroom teaching with practical, real-world insights, enabling students to develop applied understanding of financial and business concepts. She is UGC-NET (Commerce) qualified and holds an M.Com in Advanced Accounting, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, reflecting her solid academic foundation in the discipline. Her areas of Expertise include Financial Management, Accounting & Advanced Accounting, Corporate Finance, Direct & Indirect Taxation and Securities & Debt Markets With a balanced blend of academic proficiency and industry understanding, Ms. Nilanjana Mazumdar continues to contribute meaningfully to business education and student development.

Mr. Jayaraj V. S. is an Assistant Professor at the Indira Institute of Business Management (IIBM), Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, where he also oversees the Finance and Accounts Department of the college. He has over 25 years of professional experience in academics and financial management within the higher education sector. His areas of expertise include financial planning, accounting, compliance, and academic administration. Mr. Jayaraj has previously been associated with the Apeejay Institute of Hospitality, where he contributed to academic coordination, finance and accounts, and admissions management, supporting institutional growth and outreach. He is a Certified SAP FICO Power User from Dunster Business School, Switzerland, and is currently pursuing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification under the Washington State Board of Accountancy, USA.

Dr. Sanjog S. Kakade is an experienced management academician with over 14 years of teaching experience in postgraduate management program. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Vishweshwar Education Society’s Indira Institute of Business Management (IIBM), where he is actively involved in teaching, research, student mentoring, and academic development. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and a Master of Management Studies (MMS) in Marketing & MSc in Chemistry.. His areas of teaching include Marketing Management, Consumer Buying Behaviour, Services Management, Marketing Strategy, Strategic Management,. He adopts a student-centric and application-oriented teaching methodology, integrating case studies, real-life business examples, audio-visual tools, and interactive discussions to enhance conceptual understanding and analytical thinking among students. He has a keen interest in research and scholarly activities and has published and presented research papers in national and international conferences and reputed journals. His research interests include Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Social Media Marketing, Through his academic and research contributions, he remains committed to fostering industry-ready professionals and promoting excellence in management education

Dr. Geeta Kohade earned her Doctorate from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and Obtained Master’s degree in Business Management from Pune University, Pune. In the past 16 years, Dr Geeta Kohade’s professional journey includes her role as an educator, researcher, trainer and institution builder in the finest Educational Institution in India. Before joining Indira Institute of Business Management, Sanpada she was associated with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Mumbai University, RTM Nagpur University, Gondwana University,etc Five Ph.D completed Ph.D under her supervision. She has presented and published more than 30 research papers in National and International Journals including Scopus and ABDC Journal. She has been received 3 times Best Paper Award in the academic conferences. She actively contributes to academic conferences as a Chairperson. She authored 6 Books on “Principles of Marketing”, “Principles of Management”, “Consumer Behaviour”, “Strategic Management”, “Organisational Behaviour”, “Bhartiya Theory of Management Styles”. Dr. Nikhil Shirsat is a distinguished academician, researcher, and finance professional with extensive experience in higher education, institutional leadership, and industry practice. He serves as an Assistant Professor at the Indira Institute of Business Management, Navi Mumbai, and plays a pivotal leadership role as NBA Accreditation Team Head and MMS Course Coordinator, contributing significantly to academic quality assurance and strategic academic planning. He holds a PhD in Business Policy and Administration, a Master’s degree in Management with specialisation in Finance, and a Master of Commerce (Accountancy) degree, and has successfully qualified UGC-NET and MH-SET. Dr. Shirsat possesses strong academic and professional expertise in Strategic and Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Derivatives and Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Valuation, and Financial Markets, effectively bridging academic theory with industry relevance. A prolific researcher and thought leader, Dr. Nikhil has published and presented multiple research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences, with research interests centered on financial literacy, investment behavior, and applied financial strategies. He is also a co-author of textbooks on Treasury Management and contributes actively to academic governance as a University of Mumbai paper setter and Board of Studies member. Dr. Lalitkumar Bhole (B.Pharm, MMS, Ph.D) a faculty in the Marketing department, has a unique blend of Industry and academic experience for more than 17 years. He is an approved faculty of the University of Mumbai. His core speciality is in Sales and Brand management. He was actively involved in brand planning and launching various Pharmaceutical products and structuring, conducting and controlling medico-marketing activities, especially for the antibiotics and antidiabetic products. He has completed his Ph. D. in commerce and management. He also involved in creating effective technical medico-marketing communications for various pharmaceuticals, including thorough product training of their field sales managers. He has published more than 27 research papers that contribute to the pharmaceutical sales and general management environment in various National and international conferences.

Dr.Yogesh Ingle is accomplished academic and finance professional with over 12 years of experience in academia and 2.2 years in corporate roles. An approved faculty of the University of Mumbai, he possesses deep expertise in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and strategic management. Proven ability to lead academic programs, mentor students, and drive institutional accreditation processes such as NAAC and NBA. He holds a Doctoral degree in Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is an ICSSR Doctoral Fellow awardee and UGC-NET qualified Faculty of Management. He is NSE certified Market Professional and holds GDCA certification. He has done Bachelor in Commerce, LLB and Master of Management Studies (Finance) from University of Mumbai. He is Pursuing LLM (Business Law) and Company Secretary Course. He has published several papers and case studies, some of them are published in ABDC and UGC Care-listed journals. Dr Yogesh honoured by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University for his outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Education for the Society. He is a distinguished academician, researcher, and institutional leader with over 28 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Management Studies. He has significantly contributed to higher education through teaching, academic administration, research supervision, and quality assurance initiatives. He has worked as Professor at Pillai HOC Institute of Management, where he handled the NAAC and IQAC cells. Prior to this, he was the Director at H K Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, professor at Babasaheb Gawde Institute at Mumbai Central, Assocate Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth IMSR, Navi Mumbai and Assistant Professor at MGM IMSR, Navi Mumbai, overseeing all academic and administrative functions, including faculty development, accreditation processes, and statutory compliance with DTE, AICTE, and the University of Mumbai. Dr. Shinde’s academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Management Science from SRTM University, an MBA in Marketing, and M.Com with a specialization in Costing and Taxation. He is an approved faculty member of the University of Mumbai and holds certifications in Digital Marketing from Google. Throughout his career, Dr. Shinde has actively led institutional development through successful NAAC and NBA accreditations, ISO certifications, curriculum development, and the organization of numerous national and international conferences, faculty development programs, and research workshops. His scholarly contributions are extensive, with over 75 publications, including 5 Scopus-indexed and 2 ABDC-listed journal articles, 13 UGC Care Listed journal publications, as well as 13 authored text and edited books in areas like Retail Management, Digital Banking, and International Business. He has also been granted five patents in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing applications. As a Ph.D. guide, Dr. Shinde has successfully supervised five doctoral scholars, with several others under his mentorship. He is a sought-after speaker and panellist at academic conferences and has chaired sessions at prestigious platforms including IIMs, Mahsa University (Malaysia), and Symbiosis International University. His accolades include the Lifetime Achievement Award (IECT), Best Academician of the Year (Global Eminence Awards), and several Best Paper awards.
